Template Note

► The templates for the 1.75” circles will appear square. To help you properly place your text, the template includes a grey circle within the square borders. Please use the grey circles as a guide to place your text. Print several samples to determine the exact positioning of your final text before printing on the actual labels.

► The dark circles are merely a guide and should not print. In the case the dark circles print, you may need to disable them. To do so in Microsoft Word, go to File and then click on Options, then click on Display. On the bottom right hand side, you will see the option Print Drawings created in Word – please make sure this box is not checked.

Print Tips & Settings

â–º These labels are compatible with laser printers. Do NOT use an inkjet printers as the ink will smudge or flake.

â–º For best results, only use the manual by-pass tray to feed and print labels through.

► When printing these labels, select  “Labels”, Transparency” or “Glossy” as you materials setting. If the labels appear to smudge or are too faint, adjust the material setting to "Heavy" or "Cardstock" type. 

â–º Allow up to 5 minutes for the labels to dry after you print them, otherwise the ink with smudge, break or flake.

â–º Print and feed one label into the printer at a time. This will prevent labels from sticking together and jamming and causing permanent damage to your printer.

â–º Do not run these labels through the printer more than once. Doing so will cause it to jam and may harm your printer.

Writing Tips

â–º These labels are intended to be used with a laser printer. However, you may write on them by only using a permanent fine point marker, such as a Sharpie. Do not use a paint marker, pen, pencil, or highlighter.

â–º You must allow up to 10 minutes for the labels to completely dry after you write on them. Failure to will cause smudging.

General Tips

â–º To peel these labels, fold each label at the corner and gently peel them off to avoid the ink from flaking.

â–º Store labels in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to humidity. Avoid contact with heath, sun light, or flood lights.

â–º Do not allow oil from your fingers on the labels (use gloves if possible when handling these labels), since this may cause the ink to smear, peel, flake or smudge.

â–º These labels have a permanent adhesive back and cannot be removed once attached.
