Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES AND POSSIBLE DAYS

All orders (standard or expedited) have a processing time of 2 to 4 business days. Please note that due to supply chain issues and staffing shortages, these processing times may be longer. While we will do our best to get all orders shipped within 2 to 3 business days, some orders have experienced delays of up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. SHIPPING RATES

All orders will be charged a shipping and handling charge based on the weight and destination. We use either USPS or UPS to ship orders - depending on which carrier will deliver the package to you sooner. So if you pick USPS, we may choose to ship it with UPS if they can deliver the package faster - or vice versa. If you need your order to be shipped with a particular carrier, please contact us. 

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
All orders that are returned to us due to a package being refused, a bad, or invalid address will be subject to a 30% return processing fee. This processing fee allows us to cover our costs associated with fulfilling an item, shipping and handling, and merchant processing fees.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders over $250 will require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
